摘要
In recent years, motors have been widely used in applications such as electric vehicles, robots, and IoT devices, and account for more than 40% of the world's total power consumption. Therefore, vibration analysis of motors is important for efficient motor design. Conventionally, the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is used for vibration analysis of motors, but it is difficult to derive accurate vibration frequencies during accel-eration operation. Therefore, we propose a method to accurately determine the vibration frequency during acceleration using a finite-order Hilbert transformer. In this paper, by applying the proposed method to the measured motor data, we proved that the vibration frequency can be detected with high accuracy even during acceleration operation.
