Using MEMS to adapt ultrasonic welding processes control in the implementation of modular robots assembly processes

摘要

The paper proposes the solution of the problem of providing ultrasonic waves location orthogonality in accordance with the welding surfaces in modular robots assembly processes implementation with using MEMS as means of executive equipment sensing.
