Improvement of Navigation of Mobile Robotics Based on IoT System

摘要
Robot plays an important role in modern society and near future. Robots have a wide range of applications in various fields, including service industry, catering industry and military industry. For mobile robots, one of their important functions is navigation so it is very important for a mobile robot to arrive at the designated destination according to the instruction. In the past studies, various types of approaches have been suggested to improve the performance of navigation and the ability of navigation can be improved significantly. In this paper, the method of IoT based navigation is analyzed and discussed. Since most robots navigate in indoor environment, innovative approach needs to purpose based on advanced technology. This paper shows the improvement of robot's navigation by using IoT system. IoT enables optimalization of path planning, the accuracy of localization and the application of robot interaction.
