About
Dr. Zi‐Kun Yu is a pioneering head and neck surgeon whose work has transformed the management of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), particularly through minimally invasive approaches. His primary research focuses on salvage surgery for NPC patients with retropharyngeal lymph node (RPLN) recurrence, a challenging condition traditionally treated with reirradiation—which carries severe radiotoxicity—or high-risk open surgery.
