Y. Tsapras is a prominent astrophysicist whose research sits at the intersection of gravitational microlensing, exoplanet detection, and robotic telescope networks. A central figure in the development of automated, real-time observational systems, Tsapras has made transformative contributions to the search for low-mass exoplanets — particularly Earth-mass worlds that remain beyond the reach of most other detection techniques.
