Wenwei Qian is a leading researcher in orthopaedic surgery, specializing in the clinical integration of robotics and artificial intelligence to improve joint replacement and spinal procedures. His work centers on evaluating the efficacy and safety of robotic-assisted techniques compared to conventional methods, with a particular focus on total hip arthroplasty (THA), total knee arthroplasty (TKA), and pedicle screw fixation. Qian’s major contributions include landmark meta-analyses that have shaped the evidence base for robotic surgery.
