W. D. Taylor is a leading astronomical instrumentation engineer whose work is central to the development of next-generation multi-object spectrographs for the world’s largest telescopes. Taylor’s most significant contribution is his pivotal role in the MOONS (Multi-Object Optical and Near-infrared Spectrograph) instrument for the ESO Very Large Telescope.
