Ulrich Canzler is a leading gynecologic oncologist whose research has fundamentally advanced the understanding and clinical management of borderline ovarian tumors (BOT). His work, primarily conducted through the German Arbeitsgemeinschaft Gynaekologische Onkologie (AGO) ROBOT study, has established the evidence base for treating this rare ovarian malignancy.
