Dr. Trang K. Nguyen is a pioneering hepatopancreatobiliary surgeon whose research has fundamentally advanced the field of minimally invasive pancreatic surgery. Her major contributions center on demonstrating the safety, feasibility, and oncologic efficacy of robotic approaches to complex pancreatic procedures, particularly pancreaticoduodenectomy (the Whipple procedure).
