About

Sree Oh is an instrumental astronomer whose work is central to the design and deployment of next-generation spectroscopic facilities. Her primary research focuses on the development of integral field spectrographs (IFS) and fibre-fed positioning systems, enabling large-scale surveys of the cosmos. Oh’s most prominent contribution is her leadership in the Hector instrument project, a new optical IFS commissioned on the Anglo-Australian Telescope (AAT) in 2022.
