R. Millan‐Gabet is a leading instrumental astronomer whose career is defined by pioneering the development of next-generation spectroscopic capabilities for the Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT). His primary research focus lies in the design, construction, and integration of advanced multi-object spectrographs and fibre-positioning systems.
