Dr. Peter Jaye is a leading figure in surgical education and simulation-based training, with a particular focus on urology and robotic surgery. His research has been instrumental in validating the tools and frameworks used to train the next generation of surgeons. Dr. Jaye’s seminal work, "Development and implementation of centralized simulation training," cited over 125 times, established a robust model for assessing feasibility, acceptability, and construct validity in large-scale training programs. This study provided critical evidence that simulation can effectively evaluate not just technical skill, but also essential non-technical attributes like communication and decision-making.
