Paul Workman is a pioneering figure in cancer pharmacology and personalized medicine, best known for his transformative work on molecular chaperones and targeted therapies. His research focuses on exploiting the vulnerabilities of cancer cells through the inhibition of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and other molecular targets, advancing the concept of genome-based personalized treatments.
