Pascal Leroux is a French educational technology researcher whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence in education (AIED), computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL), and educational robotics. Since the early 1990s, he has pioneered the development of cooperative learning environments in which machines act as genuine pedagogical partners — both for teachers and student groups — rather than passive tools.
