About
Owen Niall is a leading figure in the standardisation of robotic surgical education, whose work is shaping how surgeons around the world are trained. His primary research focuses on creating scalable, high-fidelity curricula that are not tied to any single robotic platform. Niall’s major contribution is his leadership in establishing international consensus on training standards, most notably through the IMRA/SRS Delphi consensus, which defines the common core components of robotic surgical curricula.
