Mohammed Mallik is a pioneering figure in the application of advanced technology to surgery and medical imaging. His research primarily spans robot-assisted pediatric surgery and digital dental radiography. In a landmark 2010 study, Mallik demonstrated the safety and feasibility of using the da Vinci Surgical System across 144 pediatric procedures, laying critical groundwork for minimally invasive surgery in children.
