Michael Mostowy’s research sits at the intersection of urologic oncology and cutting-edge surgical technology, with a particular focus on robot-assisted surgery. His most impactful work addresses critical perioperative outcomes in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical cystectomy. In a 2020 study, he identified key predictors of venous thromboembolism in this population, providing clinicians with evidence to better stratify thrombotic risk.
