Kerrin Palazzi-Churas is a clinical researcher whose work centers on optimizing surgical outcomes in urologic oncology, particularly for patients with complex medical histories. Her major contributions focus on the perioperative management of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RALP). Notably, she pioneered the investigation of continuing aspirin therapy during robotic prostatectomy, challenging traditional surgical dogma that mandated its cessation.
