Jiayuan Sun is an emerging clinical researcher specializing in advanced bronchoscopic techniques and the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary nodules (PPNs), a critical challenge in early lung cancer detection. Sun's most notable contributions center on evaluating shape-sensing robotic-assisted bronchoscopy (SS-RAB), specifically the ION™ system, a cutting-edge platform designed to navigate and biopsy difficult-to-reach lung lesions with enhanced precision.
