Jennifer L. Sullivan’s research bridges two seemingly distinct fields—surgical oncology and geriatric cognitive care—united by a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based innovation. In her most-cited work, a 2017 propensity-matched study of esophagectomy approaches (76 citations), she provided critical insights into survival outcomes, helping to refine surgical decision-making for esophageal cancer patients.
