Isuru Jayaratna is a leading figure in urological surgery and robotic surgical training, whose work has significantly advanced both operative techniques and the assessment of surgical skills. His research focuses on two key areas: optimizing outcomes in robotic partial nephrectomy and standardizing robotic surgery education.
