Hossein Taheri is a leading researcher in robotic neurorehabilitation, whose work focuses on developing innovative robotic systems to restore hand and finger function after neurological injury, particularly stroke. His most significant contribution is the FINGER (Finger Individuating Grasp Exercise Robot), a device designed to assist patients in moving individual fingers in a naturalistic curling motion.
