Feng Yin is a leading expert in satellite remote sensing, specializing in atmospheric correction and surface albedo retrieval for Earth observation. Their major contributions lie in advancing the accuracy of land surface reflectance—a critical step for quantitative remote sensing—by developing and rigorously benchmarking atmospheric correction processors.
