About
Didier Ramon is a leading expert in atmospheric correction for optical satellite remote sensing, with a primary focus on land surface applications. His most impactful work centers on the rigorous assessment and validation of atmospheric correction processors, ensuring that satellite imagery is accurately calibrated for quantitative and multi-temporal analysis. He spearheaded the Atmospheric Correction Inter-comparison eXercise (ACIX-II Land), a landmark benchmark study published in 2022 that has garnered 63 citations.
