David Krug is a leading figure in stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), with a particular focus on precision radiation for liver, cardiac, and prostate cancers. His most impactful work demonstrates that active motion-compensated liver SBRT achieves excellent local control for oligometastases, a finding supported by a pooled multi-platform cohort study that has garnered 21 citations.
