About
Christina Uwins is a leading gynaecological oncology surgeon whose research focuses on advancing minimally invasive robotic surgery for uterine, cervical, and ovarian cancers. Her most impactful work, "Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery for Endometrial and Cervical Cancer" (34 citations), establishes her as a key voice in the field. She is the lead investigator of the MIRRORS prospective cohort study (16 citations), which rigorously assesses the feasibility of robotic interval debulking surgery for advanced-stage ovarian cancer—a traditionally challenging procedure.
