Dr. Ching-Ping Wang is a pioneering head and neck surgeon whose research centers on minimally invasive, organ-preserving treatments for hypopharyngeal and laryngeal cancers. Her most influential work, a 2015 study on transoral robotic surgery (TORS) for early T classification hypopharyngeal cancer, has garnered 41 citations and established a critical foundation for robotic-assisted approaches in this challenging anatomical site.
