Chien-Sheng Wu is a leading researcher in empathetic human-robot interaction and emotionally intelligent dialogue systems. His most impactful contribution is the development of **Zara (Zara the Supergirl)** , a pioneering virtual interactive dialogue system that integrates facial and emotion recognition, sentiment analysis, and personality profiling.
