Cangsong Xiao is a pioneering cardiac and urological surgeon whose work has fundamentally advanced the application of robotic and minimally invasive surgical technologies in complex cardiovascular procedures. Operating at the intersection of robotic surgery, cardiac repair, and coronary revascularization, Xiao has built an impressive body of research demonstrating that robotic platforms can safely and effectively replace conventional open surgical approaches across a remarkably broad range of conditions.
