Armin Sorooshian is a leading atmospheric scientist whose research focuses on the intricate relationships between aerosols, clouds, and precipitation, with a particular emphasis on remote marine and polluted continental environments. His major contributions include establishing a comprehensive aerosol climatology for the remote marine site over Bermuda, using over a decade of data to reveal how North American pollution outflow influences cloud droplet formation and aerosol properties.
