About
Mauro Gacci is a pioneering urologic surgeon and researcher whose work centers on robotic-assisted kidney transplantation, minimally invasive renal surgery, and focal therapy for prostate cancer. As a key figure at the University of Florence, he has fundamentally advanced the field of robot-assisted kidney transplantation (RAKT), developing and refining techniques for both living and deceased donor procedures.
