C.A. Miglinski is a pioneer in the field of remote robotics and virtual laboratory systems. Their most recognized contribution is the development of the Remotely Accessible Laboratory (REAL), a groundbreaking virtual laboratory accessible via the Internet. This system allows remote users to manipulate a mobile robot, adapting the mode of interaction to the user’s level of expertise—from basic commands for novices to advanced control for experts.
