Abstract

This paper presents an innovative solution to the problem of icing on 10kV transmission lines in China's plateau mountainous area, which is a power line deicing robot equipped with a deicing device by UAV. To achieve this goal, detailed structural design has been carried out on the key components of the deicing robot, including the deicing device, the UAV and the deicing milling cutter. Using SolidWorks, a three-dimensional model of the deicing robot has been successfully built, providing convenience for subsequent simulation and experimental verification. The UAV -based transmission line Deicing robot provides an effective technical means to solve the problem of transmission line icing under the special terrain of plateau mountainous areas in China. Through the structural design and strength analysis of its key components, we have proved that the Deicing robot has high reliability and stability. And we optimize the control system of the Deicing robot, improve its autonomy and adaptability in complex terrain environments, and make greater contributions to ensuring the safe operation of transmission lines in China's plateau and mountainous areas.
