Abstract
According to the application requirements of robot spraing off-line programming, this paper analyzes the problems of commercial off-line programming software commonly used in the market, and puts forward a set of robot general spraying off-line programming and simulation system based on DELMIA platform and using CAA and VBA interface. The architecture of the general off-line programming system is introduced, and the key technologies such as spraying process information extraction, spraying trajectory planning, robot spraying attitude, simulation and post-processing are studied and analyzed. Finally, a general off-line programming software for spraying is developed and applied to a certain wing sample. The test results meet the actual needs.
