Abstract

In this paper, the anti-electromagnetic interference of unmanned oil extraction robot for running transformer is well defined, and the electromagnetic compatibility test items and test result rating standards for evaluating the anti-disturbance performance of the robot in complex electromagnetic environment of substation are proposed. Simultaneously, the failure causes of the oil extraction robot to pass the electrostatic discharge immunity test, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test and surge immunity test are analyzed in detail. The specific rectification schemes are given from four aspects: circuit design, shielding, grounding and filtering, which provide suggestions and guidance for the electromagnetic compatibility design of similar robots in the follow-up industry.
