Application of Hyperautomation in COVID‐19 Analysis and Management

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for improved technology to help analysis and management. Hyperautomation, a mix of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and intelligent automation solutions, may help solve the pandemic's many problems. This research examines how hyperautomation might improve pandemic response in COVID-19 analysis and management. First, hyperautomation speeds up data gathering, processing, and analysis from healthcare databases, social media, and wearables. Hyperautomation uses AI and ML algorithms to find patterns, trends, and correlations in COVID-19 data, improving infection rate, hotspot, and disease spread forecasts. Public health treatments, resource allocation, and policymaking benefit from real-time data analysis. Second, hyperautomation simplifies administrative and workflow operations in healthcare systems, relieving personnel and enhancing productivity. Robotic process automation (RPA) solutions may automate patient scheduling, inventory management, and invoicing, freeing up healthcare personnel to focus on patient care. Intelligent automation technologies can also improve telemedicine by enabling seamless patient-provider communication, guaranteeing prompt medical advice and assistance while minimizing physical touch. Hyperautomation also improves contact tracking by using AI-powered algorithms to examine massive datasets and find transmission networks. Hyperautomation offers quick contact identification, epidemic detection, and focused intervention methods by combining data from mobile apps, Bluetooth technologies, and public health databases. COVID-19 control and prevention need diligent contact tracing. Additionally, hyperautomation is necessary for vaccination delivery and monitoring. Intelligent automation techniques can enhance vaccine supply chain logistics, improving vaccination distribution to priority groups and reducing waste. Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven monitoring systems may also track vaccine administration, adverse responses, and immunity levels in real time, helping healthcare authorities alter vaccination policies and manage new issues. Thus, hyperautomation in COVID-19 analysis and management might enhance pandemic response. Hyperautomation improves data-driven decision-making, healthcare operations, contact tracking, and vaccination delivery by using modern technology. To ensure ethical usage, data privacy, and equal access to hyperautomation technologies, healthcare stakeholders, legislators, and technology experts must collaborate.
