Abstract
This paper analyze and extract stains area, stains color intensity and drought-wet degree of stains as the impact factors of cleaning performance of cleaning robots, and establish stain recognition model based on machine learning, and the precision rate of the model is 95.7%, the recall rate is 85.9%, When threshold value=0.9, F1-score is 0.91. Calculate the stain area, stain color intensity by image processing technology, and establish the evaluation model of cleaning performance for cleaning robots by entropy value method.
