Abstract

Starting from the mobile robot platform, visual sensing system and intelligent monitoring system, this paper introduced some of the key technologies in detail which recognized and tracked multi-moving target based on the mobile robot platform. Intelligent monitoring system was designed to realize accurate detection and real-time tracking of multiple targets in complex scenes, and to expand the search and tracking range of cameras in the video surveillance system, in order to meet the urgent needs of intelligent video surveillance tasks in the field of security prevention, intelligent services and smart city construction.
