Abstract
As one of the most representative equipment in the field of intelligent manufacturing, the performance of industrial robots plays a vital role in the production of enterprises. This article evaluates the health status of industrial robots in view of the problems of industrial robots’ accuracy degradation and equipment failures. A method for tracking the health status of industrial robots based on baseline theory is proposed. According to the application scenarios of industrial robots, the baseline test of corresponding working conditions is carried out, the baseline benchmark of industrial robots is established, the health assessment is carried out, the changes in the health trend of industrial robots are tracked and studied, and the robots Health diagnosis and predictive maintenance.
