Abstract
In this paper, the 220kV substation electrified maintenance robot system is studied, including the overall design, research on insulation mobile platform, research on control system, research on hydraulic system, research on insulation protection system and research on special operation tools. The robot uses a crawler type traveling mechanism, and the multi-stage combined insulating arm of the folding and telescopic operation is combined with the high-power density hydraulic mechanical arm. Install different working tools at the end of the robot to complete the live maintenance tasks such as live cleaning, dry ice cleaning and strand breaking repair of the substation equipment.
