Abstract
Underground distribution system area of main city infrastructure underground electric power conduit pipe that is built up, to supply electric power to the area is constructed using, a supply method to increase power supply when the number of electric power cable lines is 9 or more. In particular, the failures of a power cables in Underground electric power conduit pipe are a main reasons which, cause not only widespread, power outages,) at home and industries but degradation of, the power qualities. For the stable power supply, an effective diagnosis method based on cause analysis Out of a power cable quality degrading cases and failures in Underground electric power conduit pipe shall be utilized to prevent the faults. In this study, it focuses on the results of the diagnosis characteristic analysis of a power cable in Underground electric power conduit pipe which is currently widely-used, in Korea, for years. It describes a robot system (a multi-angle refracting robot arm capable of monitoring the state of an power cable and facilities in an electric power conduit pipe without any blind spot during a 24-hour) diagnostic techniques of a power cable in Underground electric power conduit pipe to predict risks of power cable failures based on cause analysis and preventive diagnosis such as diagnostic methods, principles, characteristics, applicable cases, actual feedbacks, etc. and to minimize the power faults due to aging and poor maintenance of the facility.
