Abstract

Palletizing robots play a major role in current industrial robots. In the pursuit of efficiency and increased labor costs, especially in some special conditions, palletizing robots of high efficiency and large lifting force are need. In this paper, a new type of heavy palletizing robot is developed. The double-drive mechanical arm structure is adopted to solve the strength requirement of the whole machine. It has the advantages of simple structure, large lifting force and high reliability. Experiments show that the structure is feasible and can be popularized in the industrial field.
