Abstract

A concrete realization process of off-line programming system for industrial robot was analyzed.Based on the man-machine interface(MMI)of robot,according to the off-line programming system to realize the function as required as well as the actual demand by robot,the overall scheme of robot off-line programming system was determined and divided with some modules.In the three dimensional(3D)modeling software solidwork 2009 platform,the parts,assemblies and painting workpieces of robot were modeled in 3D.And the key parameter of assembly is parameterized with secondary factors simplified,and process for relation of assembly constraint added.
