Abstract

According to the theory of infrared radiation and the temperature measurement principle of thermal imager, the influence of high-temperature equipment around insulators of line or substation and atmospheric light radiation on insulators infrared temperature measurement is analyzed. Combined with the reflection temperature compensation method and its principle, the influence of reflection temperature on the accuracy of insulator temperature measurement results is analyzed. When the infrared thermal imager with reflection temperature compensation function is used to measure the temperature of insulator, whether the reflection temperature is set accurately or not will directly affect the accurate acquisition of insulators' real temperature and temperature difference between adjacent insulators, and affect the accuracy of judgment of insulator operation status. A reflection temperature compensation implementation method for accurate temperature measurement of insulator is proposed. The detection robot and UAV are used to work together, and the infrared mirror is reasonably set, which can compensate the influence of high-temperature equipment such as conductor and fittings and atmospheric light radiation on insulator temperature measurement, and improve the accuracy and detection efficiency of insulator infrared temperature measurement.
