Abstract
The fire accident occurred in a chemical industrial park can be highly destructive and lead to catastrophic consequences. In this paper, an emergency command information platform was established to provide a strong technical support for risk prevention. The platform includes eight modules of preparedness management, emergency resource management, duty, emergency alarm, command and dispatch, comprehensive research and judgment, auxiliary analysis, and emergency decision-making. The system realizes the function of real-time monitoring, accident simulation, early warning, intelligent auxiliary decision-making, and robot rescue.
