Design of Automatic Control System for Photovoltaic Cleaning Intelligent Robot Based on 5G Intelligent Technology

Abstract
Solar energy is increasingly becoming a focus of development in various countries, and the number of photovoltaic modules powered by solar energy is increasing year by year. However, the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules is affected by various environmental factors such as surface ash. This article focuses on the cleaning problem of surface ash in photovoltaic modules, and designs a new photovoltaic autonomous cleaning robot based on a traveling current blocking mechanism, combined with a 5G intelligent communication system. The robot adopts a negative pressure adsorption tracked walking mechanism and a self-designed waterless cleaning mechanism, which can independently plan the path. By introducing the structure, working principle, and control principle of the robot, and through experiments, it has been proven that the robot can achieve 0 ° to 90 ° elevation operation and effectively improve the output power of photovoltaic panels. This solves the problems of low efficiency and high-water consumption in manual cleaning, water wheel cleaning, and other methods, and provides a basis for related research on cleaning robots.
