Abstract

With the continuous emergence of new technologies such as substation inspection robot in the world, the supporting inspection technology, inspection standard and inspection system have not been established. Therefore, the performance of the new technology of the relevant substation detection robots of various manufacturers is uneven, and it is urgent to adapt to the introduction of the new robot technology detection scheme, detection platform and relevant detection standards. To construct the index system of substation inspection robot, we need to comprehensively consider the four characteristics of safety, reliability, coordination and quality. Through the preparation of relevant evaluation specifications of substation inspection robot, the key performance of the robot is evaluated by scientific quantitative indicators, the quality data analysis model of substation inspection robot is studied, the evaluation system of substation inspection robot is constructed, and through the organic combination with substation inspection robot. Realize the evaluation of the stability and reliability of the substation inspection robot, improve the quality threshold of the substation inspection robot, further improve the operation and maintenance efficiency, and reduce the occurrence of defects and faults. At the same time, through the investigation of IEC standard system, the key areas that need to be strengthened in the transformation of substation inspection robot detection technology are determined. The main problems that need to be solved for IEC to achieve its objectives in different stages are studied, diagnosed and summarized. Finally, it is necessary to put forward the detection standard of substation inspection robot.
