Research on Network Architecture and Information Exchange Mechanism of Multi-Machine Cooperative Operation of Intelligent Fire-Fighting Robot

Abstract
This paper focuses on the multi-machine cooperative operation of intelligent fire-fighting robots in complex fire environment, and proposes an innovative network architecture and information exchange mechanism to improve firefighting efficiency and safety. An improved ant colony algorithm is designed to optimize robot path planning and ensure that robot teams can perform tasks efficiently while avoiding collisions and duplication of work. System simulation results show that the robot team using the improved ant colony algorithm has a significant advantage in path planning. Compared with the traditional method, the average task completion time of the robot team is shortened by 23.5%, and the task success rate is increased by 15.2%. In addition, this paper also develops a communication architecture based on wireless sensor network to realize real-time information exchange between machines and ensure the seamless connection of multi-machine collaborative work. Through detailed model simulation, the efficiency and stability of the system in the information exchange mechanism are verified. The packet loss rate is less than 1%, and the average information delay is 0.03 seconds, which is significantly better than the existing system. This research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the practical application of intelligent fire-fighting robot, and has important practical significance.
