Abstract
Hospitality & Tourism (HT) Industry 4.0 with digital accessibility has increased the pace of the tourism and hospitality sector. A multitude of tourist data analysis indicate a 6% annual increase in tourism transactions globally, with an additional 20% increase predicted owing to pervasive tech utilization. This study critically analyzes enhanced accessibility, automated booking systems, personalized experiences, expanded global marketing reach, and improved information while also highlighting the downside in data privacy risks, over-tourism, tourism phobia, price competition, gentrification, sustainability issues, touristification and job replacement risk due to RAISA (Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Service automation) exploitative use in HT Industry.
