Abstract

Intelligent inspection robots are widely used in the industrial field, and wireless charging technology provides a new solution for safe and reliable charging of inspection robots. Firstly, the basic principle of wireless charging system for inspection robots is analyzed, and the equivalent circuit model of magnetically coupling wireless power transmission is established using mutual inductance theory. Secondly, the system hardware structure of the robot wireless charging vehicle and the control process of wireless charging are designed, and the control program is written to realize the automatic wireless charging of the inspection robot vehicle.
